Hi! I’m Anastasia Boyko
A Buddhist Practitioner, Dancer and wellness enterpreneur.
I’m here to grow things: food, community, beauty, and a better world. From the Himalayan monasteries of Nepal to the rooftops of New York, my path has been guided by the principle of Compassion in Action.
At 11, I met my Buddhist teacher. At 14, I left home to live in Nepal and immerse myself in Buddhist Studies at Rangjung Yeshe Institute. I wanted to help people awaken to their true selves and uproot environmental and economical problems at its cause - ignorance and suffering in the mind.
While I became more grounded in my understanding, I came to be deeply inspired by a worldwide influence of musical artists, BTS, who were spreading the message of self-love and awareness on a huge scale. That’s when I turned towards Dance. I found great joy and value in telling my stories, looking inwards deeply, training hard together, supporting each other as a team and chasing mastery. In the rhythms of the Search for the Truth, friendship and comradeship, Provotorov Freedance Company was formed.
After years of performing nationally and internationally, with the biggest stage being 60 '000 people wide, I came to train with a pinnacle of mastery - Akram Khan.
Now, in New York, I'm merging these worlds: organizing events that blend conscious movement, artistic expression, clean food, and joy of community — that feed people in every sense.
I’m creating space for connection with the earth, with our bodies and with each other.
I believe in clean water, clear thinking, strong bodies, and kind hearts.
I believe we can do it differently — together.
Let’s grow together!
